Federal prosecutors have accused Green Beret, a former Army living in Northern Virginia, of espionage activity dating back to Russia until 1996.
According to the prosecution, 45-year-old Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins of Gainesville, Russia used to meet Russian intelligence from time to time and was also given a code name by Russian intelligence agents in 1997, stating that he would serve Russia.
