That’s because Mondale was Minnesota’s favorite son!!!!

Maybe Biden will win Delaware, DC, and nothing else!!!! Who knows?

True, IIRC Nixon was the last Republican to win Minnesota, in 1972. #WINMINNTRUMP ! It could happen.

In fairness, it was Mondale's home state. So Reagan wasn't too upset to lose that one state. All the others he lost though .... uh, actually there were no others! :-)

Minnesota was the home state of the exciting, dynamic Dem candidate Walter Mondale. His crowd thrilling career began in Ceylon,MN and his mother's maiden name was Claribel Hope. Rough start.
