Let’s be clear - The government *never* has the authority to make *any* vaccine mandatory for the general population.

Instead, you'll see it handled in a manner like the United Way used handle "donations" from the 80s into the late 90s--companies will threaten employees jobs if they don't "volunteer", with the tacit support of the government bureaucracy.
