This cannot be real. Did two hours of watching the Democratic National Convention cause me to lose my mind? President Trump was blamed by one woman for causing her father’s death from COVID. Yeah, she used his dead body to score political points, I’m sure that’s what he—a Trump supporter—would have really wanted.
Bernie tried to get the progressive base excited for Joe; it wasn’t convincing. And then we have the loser brigade, some no-name Republicans who are throwing their support behind Joe Biden.
John Kasich is also doing that—forever cementing himself as the Benedict Arnold of the Republican Party. Well, at least for this cycle, he’s decided to fill the role.

He cooked his republican goose by boycotting his own party’s convention in his own state in 2016. And the democrats will have no use for him now that he has done his dirty deed for them. Nobody likes a traitor, not even the receiving team.. Just ask Jumping Joe Jeffords how his treason worked out for him.
Democrats have a post-office problem due to 100% mail-in ballots to REGISTERED voters even if some are dead.
That is why democrats picked Kasich to speak...he is son of a mail-man!

Candidate McCain was vilified by his "friends" across the aisle.

Well, she ought to be happy she got any time at all ‘at’ the convention.
If it had been live and in person, she would have gotten more time at the convention floor, serving drinks, which is what she’s most experienced doing.
Is AOC pissed off at her own party???? Isn’t the goal of elections to try to attract more moderate or undecided voters??? Does she think her histrionics will help attract those voters????
New York is virtually certain to lose congressional seats after the 2020 census. She may find herself redistricted out of her congressional seat. She may find herself having to run against some other incumbent Democrat to keep her seat in Congress.
Just saying, if you piss off people in your own party, and undermine what they are trying to do, they can make your life tough.

I think the one key thing people like McCain, Romney, and Kasich don’t get is that no matter what, a vote for someone like Clinton or Biden shows two things:
1.) It is impossible for you to be a conservative in any way, shape or form. Candidates like Clinton and Biden are so antithetical to conservatism that you cannot subscribe to conservatism at your core, since your support of those people shows you to have no possible conservative core values.
2.) You value political expediency far more than any core value of any kind. That spells snake, and there is no hiding that even from the people who don’t mind using you as a tool. As a result, you will eventually be ostracized by everyone, even those people who are using you as a tool.
