How can a website be protected under the 1st amendment when computers didn’t even exist then? How can the 4th amendment apply to computer hard drives and smart phones when they didn’t exist in 1787?

By extrapolation, the Pennsylvania and Kentucky rifles used by Minutemen were the assault weapons of their day. They had a much longer range and were far, far, far more accurate.

I guess A.A. is ok with the govt censoring his Tweet since that platform wasn't around back then.
And he's a University Director.

An alternate take is that the Civilians of that time could own the same exact weapons as the professional military.

For that matter, how can free speech protections exist on TV, radio, and the internet, since none of those existed? That's just the way the left "thinks". It's always all about agenda.
