*Video of an Australian woman being choked by police and violently wrestled to the ground for not wearing a mask has reportedly sparked an internal investigation.
According to local outlet 7News, her decision to walk the streets bare-faced was a breach of the Chief Health Officers orders under Stage 4, which mandates the wearing of masks. She also faces separate charges of resisting and assaulting police. The woman was subsequently found to have had an exemption for wearing a mask from a doctor, according to 7News.
The incident took place Monday afternoon when the 21-year-old woman was approached by two police officers in a Melbourne suburb. As she resisted arrest, one of the officers grabbed her around the neck and moved her against a wall as her boyfriend pleaded for him to stop, saying she is medically excused from wearing a mask.

Above and beyond the cop going full Gestapo on a woman a foot shorter than the cop, this is a metaphor for for Australia has mismanaged the COVID scare.
They locked everything down tight. Praised throughout the world on how to do it right. Only the result is they created a nation of bubble boys. No build up of immunity. A whole country now susceptible to the slightest breach. Which is exactly what happened. Bingo, the infection again starts burning thru the population.
Draconian lockdowns inevitably fail, except at destroying the economy.
Her first reaction was to give the cop the finger then resist.
She and her boyfriend look like antifa.
I’m for enforcing laws with necessary force. Yes, even bad ones.
But it turned out this cop wasn’t enforcing the law.
It wouldn’t have taken much effort for him to know that either.
They are prosecuting her anyway. She’s white, after all.
Race isn’t such a big “get out of jail free” card in Australia as it is here.
She could have behaved better just as much as the cop could have.

The link in your post was ‘blocked’ by that demand, however going to your link and then to the vid got me to it.
She behaved badly enough for a resisting arrest charge.
Since the cop shouldn’t have arrested her I guess it’ll be dropped or she’ll get off with an expungeable warning at worse.
Of course, as usual, the vid doesn’t show her behavior prior to the arrest. They never do.
