US Sen. Kamala Harris is the most openly anti-Catholic bigot to be on a national ticket in modern times.
Her record is perfectly clear. She is openly anti-Catholic in confirming federal judges, wanting to prosecute the Little Sisters of the Poor, closing Catholic Hospitals who don’t join her union allies, and favoring tax paid abortion up until birth (in fact, she has twice voted against bills that would ensure that babies who lived through abortion procedures got medical care).
In many ways, Harris’s bigotry against Catholics is a perfect example of the modern radical left’s ideology of” intolerant tolerance” that I outline in my latest best-selling book Trump and the American Future.
The most explicit example of Sen. Harris’s anti-Catholic bigotry was her treatment of now-US District Court Judge Brian Buescher during his confirmation hearings. Specifically, she questioned Buescher’s membership in the Knights of Columbus – a faith-based charitable organization which feeds the poor, assists in disaster relief around the globe, provides scholarships for struggling students, helps refugees fleeing violence and persecution, and a host of other philanthropic efforts.
Because the organization is Catholic, its leadership has opposed abortion and gay marriage on religious grounds. Harris needled Buescher on these two issues and insinuated that his membership in the organization (and ultimately his Catholic faith) should bar him from the bench. Harris was eerily mirroring US Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s bigoted questioning of now-Judge Amy Coney Barrett during her confirmation hearings in 2017.

Because Kamala and Feinstein come from safe California, they both can openly express what other Democrats internalize....
I am pleased that the Marxist anti-American Democrats are continuing to show their true colors all the way up until the elections.
In the past it seems they would back off on their more radical stances in the immediate weeks before an election and tend to put on a more palatable moderate and timid facade. Knowing many people with short attention spans would find it easier to vote for a moderate ticket and the radicals would still hold on to their hope.
Now this may also be an indication that they know they won’t win legitimately and their plan is full blown radical turmoil up until and well through the election and an attempt at election invalidation.
Either way, these Left loons are going to leave a bad taste in the mouths of most Americans. I hope that foul taste last a very long time, like a bad hangover where one never ever drinks that booze again.

Maybe Newt should consider that the antipathy of Devi Harass is against Biblical morality and principals, and her war is against evangelicals more than Catholics, with her running mate being one of the latter.

Another terrible point to attack her on his her sleeping her way to the top. Neither of these arguments are arguments we should focus on. We need to employ the cancel culture, and BLM, by continuously pointing out that her grandfather was not only a slave owner himself, but a brutal slave owner at that. That she imprisoned scores of black men for the crime of imbibing in the consumption of pot which burdened black families and deprived black children of their fathers.
She’ll have the support of much of the American Catholic hierarchy for her kid-glove treatment of child rapists.

as far as I know only one priest has denied him communion. Pelosi has not been denied as far as I know. Both claim to be practicing catholics and neither has been formally excommunicated
Are you implying that Catholics are not Christians? I sincerely hope not. Note that Kamala’s anti-Catholic reputation stems from (1) her attacks on The qualifications of a judicial candidate because he was guilty of belonging to the Knights of Columbus, and (2) her extreme stance on contraceptives (See Little Sisters of the Poor) and abortion, the unborn having no greater defender than the Catholic Church. Note also that “anti-Catholic bigotry” has a long and dark history, whch is not to say that Christians of all stripes, everywhere, are not under siege. It merely distinguishes it within it’s historical context .
