"In every country on Earth a child born to two non-citizens is not a citizen..."

That's not true. Here's a list of 30: Countries Who Offer Birthright Citizenship

Besides, what other countries do has no effect on how things work here.

This is the Democrats main campaign topic. That we’re crazy racist fools.

They’re obsessed with fringes that oppose them.

The majority of social media Democrat/Liberal/Leftist is about what rubes non-Democrats are.

That’s essentially their campaign platform.

They like to feel superior.

“Based on what? Be precise!”
There is no such requirement in the Constitution.

There are at least 2 supreme court decisions defining natural born citizen as being the child of US citizens at the time of birth.

If you need the cases, you may look them up as well as I can.

Kamala's immigrants parents.... father (Jamaican), mother (Indian), were not US citizens at the time of her birth in 1964 in Oakland, Calif.

Ergo, Kamala is an "anchor baby:" A child born to a noncitizen mother in a country when the child's birthplace is thought
to have been chosen for the specific purpose of improving the mother's......and/or other relatives'.....chances of securing eventual citizenship.

======================================

When did her parent become citizens?

Was her birth used in the parental citizenship quest?

How many of Kamala's relatives secured citizenship after her birth?

"That is the law regarding special citizenship called “natural-born citizenship."

No, it isn't. There is no such law.

One better though- Kamala isn’t even a U.S. citizen, strictly speaking.

"There are at least 2 supreme court decisions defining natural born citizen as being the child of US citizens at the time of birth."

No there aren't. There are some cases where birthers have taken selective quotes out of context and read meaning into that isn't there. There are zero Supreme Court cases that have ruled what the birthers claim.

"If you need the cases, you may look them up as well as I can."

Been there, done that.

If the author weren’t so clueless, she would have noted that the “birthers” were very active in 2016 concerned Ted Cruz’ eligibility.

Both parents must be U.S. citizens at the time of your birth.

Where is this in the law?

It's not in the Constitution, which merely says that the President must be a "natural born citizen," without ever defining the term.

People point to Minor vs. Happersett, but Minor merely stated that a person born in the US of two citizen parents is an NBC. The word "only" did not appear. In fact, it said nothing one way or the other about a person born here of two non-citizen parents (who weren't here as agents of a foreign government, so they would fall under the "jurisdiction of the United States" clause in the 14th Amendment).

Look, don't get me wrong. I would be delighted if EVERY Democrat were ineligible to ANY political office, including Kamelbreath Harris and the office of VP. But the law doesn't back you up. I'm sorry it doesn't, but it doesn't.

“That citizenship of her parents has nothing to do with her eligibility.”

Hmm...

http://www.usnaturalborncitizen.com/index.html

http://www.usnaturalborncitizen.com/kamalaharris.html

When both parents are citizens and the child is born on US soil then the children are natural born. When only one or neither parent is a citizen then the child is also only a 14th Amendment citizen with all the same rights as a Natural Born Citizen except that of the President.

Many people confuse the term Native Born with Natural Born. The meaning of the terms is quite different now. The meaning of Natural Born has never changed. The Native born meaning changed in 1866 with the adding of the 14th Amendment.

(Hat tip to LegendHasIt.)

Minor does not address the question of whether the child of two non-citizen parents is an NBC.

What's the other one?

Understanding the law and history is good. Spreading that knowledge is better. I can explain it to you, but I can’t understand it for you.

"Therefore every person born within the United States, its territories or districts, whether the parents are citizens or aliens, is a natural born citizen in the sense of the Constitution, and entitled to all the rights and privileges appertaining to that capacity."-- William Rawle, A View of the Constitution of the United States of America (1829).

"When both parents are citizens and the child is born on US soil then the children are natural born."

When the child is born on US soil the citizenship of the parents is irrelevant.

No court decision, no statute, and no language in the Constitution itself says that.

Maybe it should, maybe that's what the Framers meant, but the language just isn't there.
