A federal judge in Pennsylvania told the Trump campaign and the Republican Party that they must produce evidence they have of vote-by-mail fraud in the state by Friday.
The judge's order, in a high-profile case about vote-by-mail in the battleground state, essentially forces the Trump campaign to try to back up President Donald Trump's false claims about massive voter fraud in postal voting.
"The Court finds that instances of voter fraud are relevant to the claims and defenses in this case," District Judge J. Nicholas Ranjan wrote on Thursday, telling Republicans that they need to provide evidence of fraud to the Democratic Party and the Sierra Club, which are part of the lawsuit.

This is the final election in America (unless Trump wins). Since the GOP,Trump,Sessions and Barr have all stalled around about working on my tagline subject, a peaceful transfer of power hangs by a thread that is increasingly threadbare.

You either trust President Trump or you don’t. I choose to trust him. If he posted on his Twitter that there is evidence of voter fraud then you can bet he and Jay Sekulow have that evidence. They don’t post things that they don’t prove and come to fruition. I am not part of his inner circle therefore I cannot tell you what exact evidence he has. But I choose to believe him and trust him. Choose now.

No bias here. If it is forbidden to establish a voter’s valid ID it is almost impossible to prove fraud until after an election when numbers just don’t add up when you compare votes to legit registered voters.
How about showing more votes in a district than actual voters !
It's a civil suit, and burden is on the plaintiff to produce evidence to support his claim.
But you have a point about the appropriate standard. How much error is acceptable? Will mail in increase or reduce the error rate?
Judge has already decided the case, but has to allow a trial. Courts are all in on globalism.
In a totalitarian America there will always be Elections. Totalitarians always need to legitimize themselves over and over. There will be regular elections but the outcomes will be 99% one sided and pre-ordained. The USSR had regular elections.
We need to return to voting on voting day in person at the voting place. No exceptions. Don’t even except absentee ballots from that rule. If you want to vote, interrupt your vacation and go home to vote. Polling places should be set up on all military establishments outside the country. Vote should be by paper ballot recorded by a machine to facilitate true recounts.
