So that makes Kamala Harris an anchor baby.
We need to and birthright citizenship in those cases, which Trump wants to do. How is that going to happen, under Trump or ever, if an anchor baby presidential or vice presidential candidate does not have their status calendar as a natural born citizen.

We all know what the purpose of the 14th Amendment was so I guess this is just another thing we can blame on Chief Justice Chase. But what it was meant for and what is says are two different things. A clear reading of the 14th Amendment says that Harris is a citizen because she was born here and was under the jurisdiction of the U.S. The question then becomes is she a natural-born citizen and that is the unknown. There are about as many definitions of what qualifies one as a natural-born citizens around here as there are posters. Until the question comes before the Supreme Court then Harris's definition is as valid as anyone elses.

President Chester Arthur's eligibility was questioned back in his day.
Soebarkah wasn't unique. He wasn't the first, or even the 2nd, to have his eligibility called into question.
Now that Harris's eligibility will be called into question, and rightfully so, just means that she will be the 4th...at least.
