Walt Disney personally made sure that Mouseketter Anette Funicellos navel was not to be exposed in her series of Beach Blanket movies...how far they have fallen.

Disney did well with their newest “princess” Elsa in Frozen I-II. Unmarried/Unreachable Queen however is revealed to be more of a Spirit/Goddess manifestation and asexual (other than obvious curvy exterior)
Gay comic relief is Oaken in that series, and is benign.
