Here is the latest take from BD on the Three Gorges Dam

It never ceases to amaze me. But here we are.

The scores of man made disaster created under Commie rule are many and in every country ever run by Commies

The Aral Sea, Chernobyl, Cambodia Khmer Rouge sculls, Stalin's starvation of 30 million or so dumb ass kullacs and for some current problems just look at Venezuala or Portland

This may start something big i.e. eliminating payroll taxes or modifying that lousy system of theft.

What do you think the odds of Trump getting any elimination of Social Security or Medicare through Congress?

Better yet, let's slash the gubmint by 90% and run it on tarrifs.

We need to look at eliminating the following

The Seventeenth Amendment (Amendment XVII) to the United States Constitution established the popular election of United States senators by the people of the states. The amendment supersedes Article I, §3, Clauses 1 and 2 of the Constitution, under which senators were elected by state legislatures.

The Sixteenth Amendment (Amendment XVI) to the United States Constitution allows Congress to levy an income tax without apportioning it among the states on the basis of population. It was passed by Congress in 1909 in response to the 1895 Supreme Court case of Pollock v. Farmers' Loan & Trust Co.

Now when you think that we may be heading to Mars in the near future, who would be more qualified than Sheila Jackson Lee?

You could not do a better thing for the people of Houston than to remove this blighted sore from our region.

Let the rest of the country have the pleasure of her rants - on par or better than Biden's

Well, well, well....

Actually I never gave it any thought as to whether it was real or not. I just thought it was funny.

But now that I think about it, why on earth would Jeffy Epstein get a medal of honor?

Thanks for pointing this out.

Linseed is saying Wray is just as dirty as Comey. He sent someone into the Senate committee to lie about the Steele dossier. Fire Wray and Bring in someone outside that corrupt organization.

I’m batting big today.

First, I am confused about what President Trump said about what happens to those deductions after the end of this year.

But I am not alone! It was argued on at least two Sunday talk shows my very same confusion.

What I THOUGHT Trump said was that he would keep the deductions out of paychecks after year end. What Trump meant, at least as deduced via the arguments and debates, was that Trump would not required the missed deductions to be paid back.

Goodness. The concept of not having these deductions to be paid back, as I consider, should be obvious. Joe Blow from Receiving could not ever pay that money back. He’d be like every kinda dumb kid who got tuition advanced to them for a course in Advanced Macramé to spend the rest of their life under the chokehold of a loan paid to brilliant, sparkling professors of Macramé via the cheating colleges who told them life will be good with a career in macramé.

Frankly I’m still confused about all this but moving on.

You are right. The concept of payroll deductions does kinda prevent the average check recipient from realizing how much money goes into taxes. In fact, the way a computer computes payroll tax deducts is based on taking a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly gross pay, multiplying it by 52, 26 or 12. THEN an actual tax table is used to compute what that annual tax will be, and THEN dividing that calculation by 52, 26, or 12, as appropriate. That result is then deducted from the paycheck to arrive at a net pay.

The gubmint does not want people to have sit down every year, calculate their taxes due, then sit down and write a check. Payroll deductions make life a case of “net pay” and that is what matters after a while and the truth of what those monies are really for kinda gets pushed out of the head.

Anyway, didn’t mean to go on. Larry Kudlow, twice today, said that Trump was not intending on cutting out SS and FICA deducts, but to prevent it from having to be paid back.

...i.e. eliminating payroll taxes or modifying that lousy system of theft.

If they eliminate the payroll tax or reduce it, the USG must come up with a different way to fund SS and Medicare, both of which are in the red.

That’s not the issue. It is how do you fund them. Trump has said repeatedly he wants to protect both.

I was talking about Benghazi. That's where zero was during all the action, diddling with a ten year old on his regular Wed. night activity.Only val/jar supposedly knew and she actually drove the van to get the kid.

Many forget zero has always preferred men and boys. Actually, when it come to young boys many of the higher up muzzies share the same proclivity.

................

Western complicity in the Rape of boys in the Islamic world.

Do we have any standards anymore? Do we stand for anything at all? What happened to the rights of the child or are they also suspended when Islam is involved? After all we say nothing about Islam’s legalised child marriage and sex with little girls or its violence to women and children and we never mention the rapes, murder, persecution etc against non-Muslims? Western soldiers fighting in Afghanistan look the other way as young boys are sodomised by Muslim soldiers, interpreters and war lords and this is passed off as a ‘cultural difference.’ Such violence against boys is certainly not limited to Afghanistan but seems spread across the Islamic world and has reared its ugly head in Australian detention centers.

Since Mexico still owes us for the wall why not allow illegals to come in, get a job, and nail them for all the payroll taxes. If they all pay about 85% we can get social security in the black. lol

A little off topic but some mindless gossip.

I do not like Ellen DeGeneris.

Never could stand her. For one thing, she’s America’s beloved Lesbian.

I don’t much like lesbians, no offense to any lesbians on this thread.

Understand they don’t bother me if they would just live their lives and keep it to themselves.

Ellen got rich and famous being a lesbian and I don’t think she’s very talented at all.

So I don’t like her.

Heh.

As I am to understand, she’s a mean and nasty witch-bitch.

I am not surprised.
