Of course part of why we do that is kids don’t know it’s dirty. And really it isn’t for them. They haven’t developed that push. The groinal area of dolls have been a strange issue for a very long time. All the way back to the 50s with chrome things to designate boy vs girl dolls. Of course in the days of injection molding that cause plastic dolls to need a hole in the body where did we always put the hole? But to kids that all meant nothing. Adults have that hang up.
