Great post! It is the flu, and yes- a bad one. Obviously septuagenarians+ and persons who's conditions preclude they are not exposed to any flu, and those who come in contact with them must take extra care. But those persons already knew that.

It is related to 'dissin Trump before the election? Well yeah, isn't everything Trump is doing attacked?

In all of history if you suffered from a persistent fever, cough, cold, or breathing problem- you went to your doctor, emergency, or hospital, where they tested and confirmed your actual symptoms were a particular virus; and then you became "1 case".

This is the first time in history a zero-symptom carrier of a virus
was tested on large scale and counted as a "case".

my very healthy young niece in her 20’s came down with something for well over a week...temps 101F each day...tested negative for covid but drs could not find anything else.....I think she had covid...

My disgust with Bill Gates stems from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

I don't begrudge him his billions. I love that someone could do that and make money off of it...wealth creation. Power to him.

What I do begrudge him, and virulently so, is what he has chosen to do with the money he has accumulated.

Yeah. Take a look at the wonderful "charitable causes" Bill Gates and his wife have donated to. That will be sure to warm the heart of any conservative.

I just wonder how much of those lovely billions of dollars donated by that "bright and shining example of humanity" ended up allowing this display of "bright and shining humanity" that I ran into during one of the counter-protests I participated in down in Washington?

I always wondered...who paid the money to allow the closure of the Memorial Bridge across the Potomac to Arlington National Cemetery (where this picture was taken)? Who paid for the porta-potties the liberals set up? Who paid for the busses to bring this liberal scum to protest outside Arlington? Who paid for the signs they carried?

And THAT is all old hat now. These people that it shocked me to see in those Leftist protests 15 year ago are out in the open for all Americans to see. And I wonder much the same thing looking at Black Lives Matter BS. We all know that the Soros Open Society endeavors are all on board fomenting this illegal activity, they brag about it. The organizers are open Marxists and proud of it. So this flood of money from Gates...how much of those ultra-Left organizations Gates donates to simply act as money launderers for Antifa and BLM? I am sure it all came from $5 donations in cans from mom's and pop's in front of supermarkets all across America, right?

I had something similar to your niece late May. My CoVid19 test was negative.

I haven’t had an antibody test done yet. Don’t know if I will. It costs more than the CoVid test.
