Wait, so the test this morning was an antigen test that shows he’s had it in the past and has recovered? And the newer test is the one that shows he’s not currently infected? Am I understanding this correctly?

In a second test administered Thursday in Columbus, Governor Mike DeWine tested negative for COVID-19

So the test is bogus and all data based on testing should be thrown out, but since he was tested twice the results will be counted as two positives in the administration state database.
