Florida went to 60% because too much stuff was being pushed through.

Rural areas do use medicaid, they voted against it anyway.

The suburbanites are the ones who put it over the top.

Medicaid should be able to recoup costs paid for expenses disbursed for enrollees.
You have to use your assets for care, or use Medicaid and they take your assets later.

It’s sad. But unavoidable?

FWIW, I think the Church should be taking care of the poor, not the State.

Missouri needs to follow Florida’s lead. It is stupid to allow a state constitution to be amended by a simple majority vote that the legislature can not reverse.
