Medicaid should be able to recoup costs paid for expenses disbursed for enrollees.
You have to use your assets for care, or use Medicaid and they take your assets later.
It’s sad. But unavoidable?
Not sure if I am missing something here. If I am wrong, would love to be educated.
FWIW, I think the Church should be taking care of the poor, not the State.

Missouri needs to follow Floridas lead. It is stupid to allow a state constitution to be amended by a simple majority vote that the legislature can not reverse.
