Now that our rates are all the way down and theirs are all the way up, they see things differently.

Maryland. Our rates are up, too, and some city in our state (probably Baltimore) wishes to “defund” its police department.
I have no plans to go back to NYC — last there in 2016 — anyhow, unless maybe to slip in and out of Staten Island, the only safe borough left.
