WASHINGTON — Presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden shrugged off a question Tuesday about taking a cognitive assessment test, which President Trump has challenged him to do — while misrepresenting what the test measures.
In an exchange with CBS’s Errol Barnett during a wide-ranging, multi-moderator interview at a conference of Black and Latino journalists, Biden balked at Barnett’s question about whether Biden had even taken an exam.
“No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test?” responded Biden, who then posed a rhetorical analogy.
“C’mon man,” he chided Barnett. “That’s like saying, ‘You — before you got on this program you took a test where you’re taking cocaine or not, what do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?’”

Guessing not too many journ-o-listas would want to take him up on that one. Accident or not as slow as he seems?
“Hell”? What kind of language is that for a presidential candidate?
And asking about drug use is also inappropriate.
The man is just plain weird, “man!”
He tries to be hip but ends up looking ridiculous.
C’mon, man!
To see the correlation between your brain waves / frequencies and those of lying, deceiving,crimina, EVILl PSYCHOPATHS, Joe.. It should be a requirement of every politician.

That’s looking more and more likely I think. It’s only August. They have to prop him up until November on one hand, while on the other they need to have a plan for Plan B that will throw the election their way in three short moths.
There’s no rules, and nobody in power gets arrested for anything, so its going to be interesting.
We all take drug tests when we get hired. Except politicians are exempt from that so he wouldn’t know anything about the subject.

I thought for a while that Dems would eventually see the light and take out Joe Biden, but no way that happens. They have all drank the Kool-Ade and are going down with the ship—unless they actually win and we are governed by Progressives(my guess).

At the 1:20 mark, his tongue gets all tangle up when he says the American people will judge his fitness. He tries to get it out three times and flubs it every time!
Then the nonstop verbal ticks! “Hell, c’mon man...” good God, that is SO annoying.

You are so right there, Joe. A whole bunch of us are ‘FORWARD LOOKING’ to watch you debate Trump.
His mixing up the COVID and cognitive tests was my thought, too.
In this video, the interviewer makes up a new excuse for the “I’m constantly tested...” remark. He said “you were probably referring to the fact that you are constantly tested by being on the campaign trail.” The interviewer PUT TNE WORDS IN BIDEN’S MOUTH and made an excuse for him.
Everyone should go look for themselves to see how far gone Biden really is. He starts laughing at the "elephant versus lion" line before he even states it (Obviously fed to him during the interview).
Talk radio, Breitbart, Daily Caller, Townhall, Bongino Report, Dr. Pieczenik and other conservative outlets all need to jump on this. This is a strong indication that they either feel compelled to lie about the cognitive tests or they are extremely scared of Biden having to take one.
The funniest part was at the end when Biden proved his own cognitive decline by being unable to pronounce his words or form a coherent sentence.
I think it is more than that. What you described is a natural consequence of aging (even Trump does it at times). This is a rapidly advancing cognitive decline.

A lot of us have this problem (seriously!) but we aren’t trying to run for President either! From what I can see President Trump is having none of these problems!
