WASHINGTON — Presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden shrugged off a question Tuesday about taking a cognitive assessment test, which President Trump has challenged him to do — while misrepresenting what the test measures.
In an exchange with CBS’s Errol Barnett during a wide-ranging, multi-moderator interview at a conference of Black and Latino journalists, Biden balked at Barnett’s question about whether Biden had even taken an exam.
“No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test?” responded Biden, who then posed a rhetorical analogy.
“C’mon man,” he chided Barnett. “That’s like saying, ‘You — before you got on this program you took a test where you’re taking cocaine or not, what do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?’”

Well Trump cajoled CBS into finally actually asking Biden a non-softball question.
Either his tactics are working or the Dems have decided that Joe is too damaged and it’s time to take him out.
Someone should probably tell Biden that yes, if a Presidential Candidate was going around with blood shot eyes and powder under his nose, the public would indeed be calling for that Candidate to be drug tested and be justified in doing so. Same with him and cognitive test, if you are pushing 80 and are constantly forgetting things and making verbal gaffs, the public is completely justified in calling for you to take a cognitive test.

Joe was heard to say..Look man, I studied for three days solid to take a urine test. I’ve done enough.
Less than two weeks ago, he said he was constantly tested. I think he’s confused the cognitive test with the COVID test, but his campaign doesn’t want to talk about that, as it doesn’t make it any better for him.

Just less than a month ago when asked the same question Biden said he was being "constantly" tested. So which is it, is he being "constantly tested" or has he refused to take a test? He can't even keep his lies straight...

In July he claims he is “constantly tested”, now “never been tested”. I guess he forgot.
Strange; I thought Biden had claimed he had taken “multiple” cognitive tests and passed them all. Which makes it rather odd when he declaims “why would I take a cognitive test?” He either did, or he didn’t. One related point - the far left did very well in the Dem primaries last night. The odious Tlaib way outperformed her primary totals from 2018 and a longstanding Dem “corporate” congressperson from St. Louis lost to a radical BLM nurse in the primary. The left is ascendant in power in the D party - should be interesting how Biden’s handlers handle it
Biden’s problem is rate of cognition.
That his he has lost instantaneous memory and when under stress and speaking publicly his brain inserts something inappropriate for the instantly needed word.
His brain has lost the ability to keep up with his mouth speaking rapidly. The correct word is there but has become instantaneously unavailable

A couple of weeks ago, in response to a reporter's question, Biden said that he had taken a cognitive test, and had been tested a number of times.
Well if answering the question was the test, he failed. He stumbles and bumbles and does his usual “I better not say that” routine. He starts a sentence, doesn’t know where to go, so stops and say he’d better not say it.
He’s a disaster. There’s no getting around it.

Of course it is against the Lib MSM’s code of “ethics” to ask a Dem a followup question such as you the one you posed.
