President Trump, back to just 4-6 points behind challenger Joe Biden, is being bolstered by new polls showing a surge in his approval rating and a widening “enthusiasm gap” favoring him over his Democratic foe.....Just out is the daily Rasmussen Reports presidential approval rating for Trump at 51%....Notably, said Rasmussen, at this stage of his presidency, former President Barack Obama had a 44% approval rating.....Add to that new polling from Economist/YouGov that shows the president’s supporters far more enthusiastic about him, and voting for him, than those of Biden’s.

I’ve seen 2 Biden yard signs this entire year. And I drive a lot to a lot of different towns and neighborhoods.
I certainly hope so and am pretty confident. But I still have zero understanding of how polls are taken these days. Up until the 90s or so, pollsters could call a home landline and most people would answer. The situation could not be more different today, so I feel we are all totally in the dark about the methodology and therefore the accuracy.
He would win in a landslide in a fair election.
This is not going to be a fair election. We are going to face a blizzard of fake mail-in ballots, followed by Biden’s refusal to concede and months of litigation.
I doubt it, there’s plenty of conspiracy theories on him and tons of believers. I can see him win again with most of the same states as 2016.

This is what I fear. Remember the fiasco Jill Stein caused by running through the three states looking for any sign of fraud? People have forgotten it. This election will be 100X worse unless it’s a Trump blowout.
On the other hand, if mail-ins turn out to be a dud (and CA25 special election is a prescient sign), this could be a major embarrassment for the Dems.
In this violent political climate, not surprising. But Trump will win.

Dems are panicking.... that’s why you see the NYT calling for a cancellation of debates, the lack of VP pick, and crooks in NV trying to slam in mail-in voting fraud.

Biden signs don’t cause “violence”. Trump signs do.
Four years ago my east side Atlanta neighborhood was plastered with Hillary signs, two years ago my neighborhood was plastered with Stacey Abrams signs. This year I’ve seen maybe 5 Biden signs.
Mail in ballot parties will an event around the neighborhoods this fall.
Some socializing, food, drink, music, make merry, vote and we’ll take
it to post office for you.
IMO Trump should play the Foreign Interference card.
Announce that he is using his powers as CIC to ban mail-in voting as a threat to national security, as it opens up wide vulnerabilities for foreign enemies to forge and mail ballots.
Stick a little “Russian Interference” right up their backsides.

No, there won’t be a landslide. The Biden voters are very enthusiastic to get rid of Trump.
Trump is going to win massively.
If he’s POLLING at 51% he is really at 55-56% cuz of the massive number of people afraid to tell anyone how they are voting.
But the biggest “tell” that Trump is crushing it is today’s news out of Breitbart that Demented Perv Biteme’s campaign is “war gaming” a loss where he will a) refuse to concede, b) maybe have CA secede, c) go Full Hitler with the “resistance.”
I have urged Team Trump to immediately set up a “war council” to also wargame this response.
Also, as I’ve been saying, NO ONE wants to be Demented Perv Biteme’s veep. If you, as a veep candidate, KNEW you would be pres in less than a year, why wouldn’t people be lining up for this gig?
Because Demented Perv Biteme is the Hindenburg, and no one wants a seat on that.
Totally anecdotal, but I’m seeing on Twit (a very small minute slice of politics) a LOT of blacks saying they will be voting R/Trump for the first time ever/”in 20 years,” etc. I’m also seeing a number of people talking about visits with lifelong D family members who are fed up and voting for Trump.
Now, remember “Red4Ed?” In just a couple of months, the Ds, by wanting to keep schools closed, have pretty much destroyed the bonds they built with suburban females in 2018. Now the teachers are viewed as selfish union slackers. This is a big deal in the suburb. As long as it was “someone else’s money,” the Karens were ok with supporting teachers, but now they will either have to miss work, or teach kids themselves (which they aren’t confident doing) etc.
