The Founders made a number of mistakes. One of them was not putting an age limit on federal judges. 80 seems like a good number. Or maybe 82.

Yes I favor a non retroactive age limit for jurists, senators and congressmen. 70.

Founderd were not prepared for scotus justices to stay on forever for political reasons. They get full salary pensions after certain number of years plus age. Who continues working for free?
