WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Joe Biden was uncharacteristically tight-lipped on Tuesday about the final stretch of his search for a vice president. But the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee seemed prepared to talk about at least one leading contender: California Sen. Kamala Harris.
As he took questions from reporters on Tuesday, Biden held notes that were captured by an Associated Press photographer. Harris’ name was scrawled across the top, followed by five talking points.
“Do not hold grudges.” “Campaigned with me & Jill.” “Talented.” “Great help to campaign.” “Great respect for her.”

Best I can find about it is Harris was born in the US to parents who were not US citizens at the time of her birth.

This was posted a short time earlier and is about a Politico “Leak”; a post that was put up and quickly removed. There are no coincidences, this is a ruse or some other obfuscation.
I agree. Someone wrote these notes for him. The Kamala notes were there in case he got a question asking whether KH was dropped for consideration. If asked, he was supposed to talk her up. I wouldn’t necessarily read too much into that regarding her chances of making the ticket.

Are there any photo’s of Joe’s so called printing or handwriting?
Any proof that Joe wrote that or that some one wrote it for him to use, as he keep looking down on the podium as if messages were coming up from the basement to him...
Bet he did not print that mess...it was talking points for him..his answers!!! or speaking is so jumbled up, nothing he says makes any sense...he is all over the place...drives me up a wall...he is so lost, it is pathetic .

Politico published an article claiming Joe Biden picked Kamala Harris as his running mate, and announced it August 1. It’s since been changed, and scrubbed from the piece.

Harris’ popularity in CA is based almost entirely on the (D) after her name.

Biden is considering her for VP because he believes no-one will call her on it.
The Democrats think they can obey the laws they like, and ignore the rest, and no-one calls them on it.

Respectfully, I disagree. I see he is running away with this election. He is vastly outperforming Hillary among white voters. Trump is doing very poorly in this category, precisely because Biden is who he is.
I must also respectfully disagree. :)
I really believe that President Trump will be re-elected in a landslide.
