Madison police arrest 2 women accused of attacking state senator (WI)

MADISON, Wis. — Police have arrested two Madison women who allegedly attacked state Sen. Tim Carpenter (D, WI) back in June.

Officials said Samantha Hamer, 26, and Kerida O’Reilly, 33, turned themselves in Monday.

According to the incident report, the two are facing charges of substantial battery and robbery with use of force as a party to a crime.

On June 23, Carpenter said he was trying to take a picture of a group of protesters when he was attacked. He said he fell to the ground and was beaten by the group.

Samantha works as a social worker in the Mount Horeb school district while Kerida is a physical therapist in Madison.

I had to look up the song, because I almost confused it with Connie Smith's "Seattle". I actually remember when the song was a hit in the early '70s, but the lyric you cited hadn't stuck with me.

What I didn't know was that the lyricist of the song "Wilflower" was actually a Canadian cop who wrote it while on duty, giving the lyrics to Skylark's guitarist.

The irony here, is that this state senator is a Democrat; he’s basically on their side politically, and he gets attacked by these idiots. More evidence that these destructive leftists don’t know what the hell they are doing, or who their allies are.
