The Senate is going to be a bloodbath.

You know Lyndsey? You’re not liked because of your thousands of promises followed by your constant inaction. At some point people get damn tired of being treated like suckers. No amount of Chinese communist money can save you from that.

Why would anyone believe a poll?

You are correct. Whether the poll is a lie or not. Graham sucks. The state GOP is only going to put up who they want and Graham is their guy, I guess. Unfortunately, that’s the way it seems in most states. The state GOP tells us who we’re going to vote for. Anyone from the outside is quickly vilified and sent away. It seemed like he had some viable competition last time around, but in SC decided to be lied to, yet again, like most voters.

A great poll would be one, done anonymously, would be if the 17th Amendment were repealed tomorrow, who the SC legislature would send to DC? Would they still send Graham and that other clown, Scott?

Here in Georgia, we’re getting stuck with insider trading, STOCK Act violating Loeffler, to run in a 3-way race against a Dem and Doug Collins. It was weird because neither Collins nor Loeffler were on the primary ballot when I voted. So, they’ll split the vote and likely give that race to the Dem, unless there’s a runoff. The Oh-So-Sharp businesswoman who did nothing more than marry the boss, who runs the company that owns the NYSE. Does anyone, in their right mind, think that she, her husband and their ilk want to see more power given back to Main St? If you do, I have a bridge to sell you.

Graham is establishment, GOPe, RINO all the way. Folks are getting tired of it. He promised to hold Mueller, et al, accountable and there hasn’t been one thing. All the DC establishment does is wait for Judicial Watch to uncover something. It’ll hit the news cycle for a day or two....hey look, a squirrel....and it’s all forgotten about.

Additionally, this could also be an indicator that like so many other states that have been recruiting businesses to move to their “low tax - better quality of life - Southern hospitality” states, they’re bringing all their liberal workers with them. Greenville is turning into a Blue area with all the tech hipsters having moved there. My mom, one of the few Conservatives that escaped NY, lives on the coast, south of Myrtle Beach. Subdivisions are being slammed up as fast as the mexican’s can nail two pieces of wood together and all she sees are license plates from Penn, NY, NJ, Conn. And those folks, mostly retirees looking for ‘better’, DO

But, sadly, you are correct, Graham is better than any Dem.

Lindsay had to be ousted in the primary, which the Republicans in that stupid state can never seem to do.

You're right. The time to oust linda was primary day. But it didn't happen because SC has open primaries and the rats cross over in droves and vote for linda.

There is little that is 'stupid' in SC. But open primaries is one of the biggest. It virtually guarantees linda a job for life.

SC is only a few election cycles from joining NC as a purple swing state.“

Thanks to open borders shills like Lindsey Graham

I definitely won’t cry if he loses.

In Texas, we’ve tried to primary Sen John Cornball (RINO-TX), but he and his BFF Midge McConnell pour $$$$ in to trashing and obliterating the opposition.

The only way Ted cRuz got in was because Kay Baily Hutchison (BIGGER RINO - TX) retired from the Senate.

It’s a VERY exclusive club...and, most folks ain’t in it.

“The Senate is going to be a bloodbath.”

Yeah, for the Dems. I look for the Republicans to pick up a minimum of 4 seats and with coattails easily take the House back.

This Campaign hasn’t even begun and ALL the ammunition is with Trump and there is no better tactician then the MAGA MAN.

Haven’t seen any and I hope not.

I pray that you are 10000000% correct.

Hope he sends Loeffler packing. And I don’t say that so he can flip off Kemp, or the President for that matter(which I know he wouldn’t). I would love to see him win to send a message that the folks are tired of these country club Republican’s like so many of the RINOs.

Is that how Graham felt about President Trump? No. He publicly refused to support POTUS in the 2016 general. That was against Hillary. The GOP chairman of the Senate judiciary committee preferred Hillary Criminal and her SCOTUS to the will of the 16 million GOP voters who voted Trump.

Clearly, the Buckley Rule is dead. “Primary them out” is no longer good enough when dealing with swamp thugs like Graham. Graham has done little but aid and abet the ongoing coup against President Trump for the past 4 years. Any random GOP Senator could have confirmed those judges. Frankly, he deserves to lose.

I know Lindsey Graham is too liberal for many on this site, but, in a binary general election, after the party nominees have been chosen in primaries, this is the choice you face.

I face a similar situation in Texas, wherein I will hold my nose wear my mask and vote for Cornhole.

It’s hard to see how SC isn’t swamped. It’s a small state with a large black population. It’s getting tons of blue state transplants and anchor baby producing foreign nationals. Only a matter of time until it is solid blue state. This saddens me greatly as I enjoy visiting SC.

Just look at the picture of Lindas opponent! If he looked like John James I might believe he stood a chance. But, you know better than to trust internal polls made public by a candidate.
