Forget taking a knee during the national anthem. That's so yesterday.
As far as the WNBA is concerned, the NFL — and now Major League Baseball — can have that protest to themselves.
Instead, the New York Liberty and the Seattle Storm pulled out a new move: They just walked off the court as the national anthem played, EPSN reported.

At some point, enough irritated fans (or former fans) are going to accept that football, baseball, basketball, tennis, soccer, car racing, the Olympics and any other sport infested with wokesters are completely unnecessary to their lives. I hope the crybabies can pick up enough fans elsewhere to sustain their livelihood.
The point of the kneeling is to do the opposite of rising for the anthem. They aren’t kneeling to anyone.

I was an assistant scoutmaster and merit badge counsellor until about 8 years ago. I was also a charter representative for both a pack and a troop until last year.
Don’t worry. ESPN will give them a fat TV contract so they can continue operations.
