That triggered a question in my mind. If Obama is arrested for using his office for personal gain, the investigation might turn up his actual birth circumstances and determine him ineligible to hold the office of President.

You know, this is not good. However, the argument for shutting down a water park under a “health emergency” is at least arguably Constitutional. It is not Constitutional, though, if applied unevenly to different businesses without a rational reason. I don’t know all the facts in this Washington State case.
