they tear-gassed ARSONISTS who set fire in front of a Federal courthouse. The gas wafted over to the idiot mayor. It was incidental. But the AP fashioned it into a narrative.
Ted was in the area where Antifa set fires just in front of the Federal building. The Ted Gas was a response to those setting the fires. Feds trying to protect building from fire, Ted trying to earn his street creds.
Good! Should have cuffed him and arrested him for sedition.

The Mayor needs to be arrested and tried under RICO.

I see the common sense of your post, as in a world where law and order still works, it’s a great idea.
But considering what’s all going on, business owners taking cities to court to stop the riots is a little like the Polish taking the invading Nazi armies to court for invading their country. It will never happen.
