What backlash ought to take place against all the statue vandalism and name changes is that all news outlets and their allied publications should be cancelled for their Communist associations.

If association with slavery is evil, association with Communism is worse.

The “Empire” moniker came from the fact that New York city was loyal to the crown during the revolution.

That is an EXCELLENT point.

In 1860, the United States had 4.5 million enslaved people.

In 1981, the USSR had 270 million enslaved people. That is OVER SIXTY times higher than the peak number of slaves in the US in 1860.
