You can’t even say that definitively. Absolutely no consistency in the ways, means, methods of testing, statistics, data tabulation, instrumentation. It’s called “wild ass guess” with a veneer of statistical methodology thrown in to make it seem legit. It’s a great cauldron of misinformation, some intentional, some born of panic and stupidity. I am at best amused.
One can definitively say that the USA is between #7 to #11 based on variations in means, methods of testing and statistics.
