It has been widely reported that Bill DeBlasio instructed his contract tracers to not ask about protests. I have to believe it has happened elsewhere too.

It happened in Pennsylvania as well. A Federal Judge later laughed at Governor Wolf and refused to declare a massive car far illegal based on the fact that Governor Tom Wolf and numerous protesters weren’t observing social distancing and weren’t covering their faces while marching.
