Seems to me a couple of people are easy marks in this. For example, the lawyer for the FBI who literally changed a document from “is” to “is not” re the Carter Page warrants. He’s busted. Perjury, obstruction of justice, civil rights violations, forging government documents (ianal) etc. He may be one who flips on his superiors, or maybe he’ll fall on his sword to protect his former co-workers and bosses.
The big fish get deals to rat out the little fish. Same as it ever was.
