St. Louis top prosecutor told The Associated Press on Monday that she is charging a white husband and wife with felony unlawful use of a weapon for displaying guns during a racial injustice protest outside their mansion. Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner announced the charges against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who are both personal injury attorneys in their 60s. They also face a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault.

Absolutely - and every single gun rights group in the country should sign on to assist.
Yes. Wife was pointing and swinging the revolver around at the crowd.
Husband had his rifle pointed to the side and ground, but ready.
I hope there is a video of the threats the rioters made toward the couple.
The Republicans that we have had for the longest time are the Mitt Romney type. Yechh.
We had a party of business stiffs and Rockefeller Republicans who were globalists not nationalists. These globalist Republicans helped to empower China at the expense of the United States. We are brushing the dust off our sandals and not looking back.
If the police confiscate the smart phones I am sure they will find lots of faces and lots of bad behavior.
‘Brandishing’ on your own property is NOT a crime. If it was, I’d have been locked up long ago.

I took the carry class in Minneapolis last fall. The instructor said that if you are threatened or if someone breaks into your house you have to do everything possible to escape. The law seems to be very vague which means the prosecutors can decide what it is at any given time.
For the Left self defense is the most heinous crime because it is a rational action that does damage to someone or threatens such damage. By being rational it is deliberate harm. A criminal committing a crime, on the other hand, is irrational and therefore not responsible for his actions and besides society made him do it.
I would escape - right over the dead bodies of those intruders in my house. In my neighborhood we do not call 911. We call 811 and an excavator.
I thought she was being amazingly effective. I wouldn’t have rushed her.
“The instructor said that if you are threatened or if someone breaks into your house you have to do everything possible to escape”
Uh, not in Stand Your Ground states.
Minnesota we can all believe that you’re expected to lift your skirts and run screaming. But the rest of the country isn’t Baja Stockholm.
I have a large wooded lot and a big auger for the Bobcat. Just sayin’
I was surprised to say the least. In Wisconsin you can blast them as soon as they step in the door.
In Minnesota you need to consult a lawyer and a social worker and talk about it before making a decision as the intruder shoots your whole family.
“Wife was pointing and swinging the revolver around at the crowd.”
Vinnie,
Please describe said revolver.
Much of the crap that we are seeing now is not anything new. It was around in the sixties. Th wife of a police man told me of a college kid calling her husband a pig because he gave him a ticket.
That sixties generation became the teachers and now a couple of generations later we see the poisoned harvest of their communist hatred. The communists always go underground until they feel the time is right for them.
It would appear many of them are begging to be put in the ground before they have the chance to go underground again.
The clip that we saw the most was of three blacks walking back and forth before the husband and wife. It looked like there were only three people but there were many.
30 round mags, Hell.
Drum magazines. If you don’t have one, get one. If you have one, get four more.
Nope.
“It is illegal to wave weapons in a threatening manner at those participating in a nonviolent protest,”
Does that stupid bitch know what the hell she is talking about? Those sons of bitches broke down the gate on PRIVATE property and threatened the KILL THEM and BURN THEIR HOUSE DOWN! Does THAT seem like a “nonviolent protest” to you?
This pisses me off 9 ways from Sunday.
