Cuomo said he was not quarantining upon return because he considers himself an “essential” employee

Now the first thing Cuomo should mention is "killing seniors" the easy way. Then mention the no drinks in bars or restaurants unless you eat.

His refusal to quarantine upon his return has further opened the can of worms for anyone who's been directed to quarantine from ANY state on New York's COVID list.
Shame on Georgia for allowing him to enter the state.
