FBI Director Christopher Wray has tapped a former law partner to be the bureau’s next top lawyer as he tries to steady the agency after a series of controversies according to the Wall Street Journal.
Jason Jones, a partner at law firm King & Spalding LLP will become the agency’s next general counsel in August. Jones worked with Chris Wray when he left the DOJ to work at King & Spalding.
Jones will replace corrupt operative Dana Boente who faced criticism for his role in Spygate.
Rod Rosenstein is a partner at King and Spalding.
And Sally Yates works at the firm.

Former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates is also a partner at the firm, as is FBI Director Christopher Wray’s former chief of staff Zack Harmon. Former Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats serves as a senior policy adviser to the firm.
Chris Wray is not at the FBI to clean out corruption.

The problem with firing anyone is the replacement has to be approved by the Republican Senate. Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney, Lindsay Graham, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Marco Rubio, John Cornyn, Ben Sasse, Richard Burr and other GOP Senators effectively have veto power over any Trump appointment.

I used to work at that law firm in NYC. I’m now retired in Lee County Florida. I’ve been saying for two years now that Wray was put in that position to protect his law partner Sally Yates. She worked at K&S before she joined Obama’s DOJ. After Trump canned her, she went back to K&S where she still works. Now Rosenstein is there. Totally globalist firm with tentacles all across the globe, including offices in moscow and the muddle east.

The only time I’ve heard from the FBI during the present insurrection, was when they sent over a dozen agents to investigate ‘noose-gate.’ Wray is as swampy as they come. He should be fired for dereliction of duty.
Deep State Wray continues to make the Federal Bureau of Incrimination And Sedition an enemy of the citizens.
