The Black Lives Matter mural in front of Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue was vandalized Saturday for the third time this week — this time by a black woman yelling, “refund the police!”

And then you'd have to face the music for it when you got back to the precinct, because I know, somebody at the scene would have called and complained that the officers on duty didn't do anything. And there would have been video to verify it.
