I understand her point, but if I may nitpick, her use of the analogy of Pinocchio is completely wrong.

The author of Pinocchio was a Christian, and Italian nationalist, who wrote Pinocchio using underlying, traditional themes of God’s creation, discovery of morality and spiritual journey and growth of the puppet into a real human.

The appropriate characters from Pinocchio to use for Esptein and Maxwell are the Fox and the Cat.

I notice there is now a Netflix mini-series on Epstein and Maxwell. Is that worth watching or is it just a waste of time? I previewed it and it looked like one of those lame TV documentaries that show a bunch of old photos with dramatic music and never really tell you anything of substance.

I tend to agree. All the evidence I've extracted from Epstein and his "rural" properties ( LSJI, GSJI, & "Zorro") indicates to me that, although somewhat intelligent, Epstein, himself, was, basically, "simpleminded" or self-deceiving.

To me, this is best shown by his "in your face" use of Satanic symbolism -- combined with his obvious belief that he could hide massive surreptitious works by simply, publicly, naming or "disguising" them as something else.

It's almost as if his monstrous egotism and arrogance deceived him into actually believing that -- if he publicly"decorated" or named a site as, say, a "Formal Garden", or, "Tennis Court" -- or "Terrace with Pavillion" -- no one else would have the intelligence to ask, "What, really, IS that?"

Very basically, Epstein reminded me of a child who covers his eyes, and believes that -- because he can't see -- that no one else can see him...
