I understand her point, but if I may nitpick, her use of the analogy of Pinocchio is completely wrong.

The author of Pinocchio was a Christian, and Italian nationalist, who wrote Pinocchio using underlying, traditional themes of God’s creation, discovery of morality and spiritual journey and growth of the puppet into a real human.

The appropriate characters from Pinocchio to use for Esptein and Maxwell are the Fox and the Cat.

“...her use of the analogy of Pinocchio is completely wrong.”

The word “Pinocchio” is often used by pedophiles. “Hey little girl, do you want to see Pinocchio’s nose grow?”
No doubt Giuffre heard that word often.
