Actually, I saw that kind of sweep up arrest before President Trump started talking about Antifa/domestic terrorist. I think that a threshold was crossed when the last of the 50 states declared a state of emergency. It gave Trump more power, most of which he has elected not to use thus far. But it was power the left would hate, that much I recall.

But in the middle of protest season, I saw an  unmarked car arrive, three soldier type guys get out and pick up a woman from the protesters - zoned in on her immediately. Never spoke - just put her in an unmarked car while her friends demanded they identify themselves. Their uniforms were masked to obscure who they were with.

Posse Comitatus is generally not thought to be binding on the marines - of which President Trump is the Commander in Chief. I think we have crossed a legal threshold and the reason we aren't seeing more "fallout" over it is that Trump is limiting his own conduct. Not sure about the antifa designation, not sure if it's unannounced or on the griddle. There's a senate resolution here:

The rumor was that since BLM donations flow to the DNC through ActBlue, donations to BLM from China would be a foreign power paying soldiers to riot (my bad paraphrase). So it may have surfaced in a documented way that is partly behind President Trump's stance toward China right now. Have you seen this?

Who cares, but for lack of specifics, let's just call them the "good guys." I say hire more of them, and keep their identities secret so they and their families are not harassed or doxxed.

Why have we not loosed the dogs on Soros and his ilk, with their pyramid of front organizations whom are behind much, if not all of this. Be a shame if his yacht blew up somewhere and his checks started bouncing.

On another note, all colleges enjoy tax-free status, because they are 501 (c)(3) organizations which prohibits them from involving themselves in politics. The IRS could go back and assess enormous penalties against these schools, and break the Ivies, who are where all this insanity started. Not sure if it's connected to Barr's Operation Legend, which was named after four-year-old LeGend Taliferro, who was shot and killed while he slept early in his bed in Kansas City. They were supposed to go to K.C. first. I believe Homeland Security is running the agents In Portland. Acting Director Chad Wolf told Portland's Mayor the agents will be staying there.

I think Homeland Security agents are picking these people up, taking them to the courthouse, and questioning them. They're probably trying to gather info on their operations. Once you get them separated from the rest of the group, they usually turn weak-kneed.
