A portion has been dragged across the street to block the ICE building on the corner from the federal building next to it. (the white sandbags for footings are thrown around the street). Another portion has been stacked against the actual entrance to the ICE Building:

This whole sham has been about trying to upset the apple cart that is the 2020 election. If Trump rides in on his white horse and saves the day, it puts back possibly years of planning, resources, and efforts/losses to people falling on their swords for the party.
There can be no lapse in the efforts so they can’t afford Trump to be displayed as successful in any way. I believe this is the liberal form of full country kamikaze by the libs so even if Trump wins, he will have nothing to work with and the government will be hated no matter who’s in charge.
