Authorities in Georgia say an enraged father took things too far and crossed a line, resulting in his arrest, after he found a grown man in his 14-year-old daughter's bedroom.
Ismael Casillas, 41, has been charged with aggravated assault for allegedly attacking and severely beating 20-year-old Keywontrezes Humphries in the early hours of July 4 after finding the man at the family's home in Coweta County.
Casillas is accused of knocking out and chipping several of Humphries' teeth, and choking the young man.
Investigators with the sheriff's office said that had Casillas allowed the unwelcome guest to leave after the thrashing, they might not have pursued legal actions against him, reported Fox 5 Atlanta.
But then Casillas went a step farther by allegedly asking his wife to bring him his gun.
Humphries jumped out of a bedroom window in an effort to escape, but Casillas was waiting for him in the front yard, where the beating continued, according to investigators.
The aggrieved parent allegedly threatened Humphries' life and fired shots as the bloodied and bruised 20-year-old fled.
Georgia law allows homeowners to use force to defend themselves and their families from intruders, but only so long as they present a threat.

It’s remarkable how idiot mothers (since obviously daddy is nowhere around) condemn their children from birth by giving them ludicrous names (that they think sound “African”, but have nothing to do with anything remotely of that continent). I’ll bet if he had a father in the home and was named Kevin, he would not have chosen poorly in this situation, and would be at college getting a degree in something worthwhile.
A Black FReeper got mad at me when I said if I were a teacher and these children came in with these absurd names that I would take the first two or three letters of the name and rename them something normal. If you want to give these kids even half a chance, this $hit needs to stop. Some countries won’t even allow you to name your kid something if it isn’t remotely normal. What average person could even pronounce or spell this fake name ?

Bodycam video shows moment deputy shoots dead knife-wielding suspect who’d stabbed elderly man, 77, in grocery store argument over a face mask.

Sean Ruis, 43, was shot and killed by veteran Eaton County Sheriff’s deputy in Michigan after violent mask dispute
Michigan State Police say Ruis stabbed 77-year-old man inside a grocery store after the victim chided him for failing to wear a mask.
Ruis was later pulled over by the deputy and pulled a knife on her Video shows deputy ordered Ruis to drop the knife and backed away, but suspect continued advancing on her, prompting her to open fire.
Deputy, a 22-year veteran, is seen on bodycam video firing at least nine rounds.
Ruis worked for Michigan Department of Transportation and had no past criminal record.
His parent should also be jailed for giving this thug such a stupid name. Note I said Parent, as I doubt there’s a father around.
