The first COVID-19 vaccine tested in the U.S. revved up people's immune systems just the way scientists had hoped, researchers reported Tuesday. The shots are poised to begin key final testing.
"No matter how you slice this, this is good news," Dr. Anthony Fauci, the U.S. government's top infectious disease expert, told The Associated Press.

The experimental vaccine, developed by Fauci’s colleagues at the National Institutes of Health and Moderna Inc., will start its most important step around July 27: A 30,000-person study to prove if the shots really are strong enough to protect against the coronavirus.
There are a bunch of reasons I don’t believe any of the “vaccine” stories.
The first problem is the many articles indicating that CV antibodies only last a few months, which means the vaccine could, at best, only be good for a few months.
Worse, there are now some stories that indicate that getting the CV the second time is _worse_ than the first time.
That means that several months down the line, folks who got the vaccine would be at greater risk for the CV.
No way I am going near one of those vaccines.

Me neither. I can think of a thousand things that will kill me before this virus. I’m 52 with no comorbid conditions.
This is not what is going to be the end of me.
I stayed home for like 8 weeks like an obedient slave. It’s enough.
I have sympathy for high-risk groups and I don’t know the answer. But the answer is never taking more freedom away or destroying the economy.
This is great news. And they are doing proper scientific testing to ensure it will be safe and effective. Of course, many people on this board will not be happy due to their anti vaccine stance.
We were closing on a new house Friday but our mortgage broker dropped the ball. Disappeared for days. Turns out his in the hospital in a fight for his life. He’s in his 30’s and I hope he makes it. This is happening to younger people all over.

You know our young ones on the military are going to be the guinea pigs.
Most of the adverse reactions were minor and occurred in the high dose group. The lower dose groups produced antibodies also. Cross your fingers.
The anti vaxers dont have to take it. They can accept the risk on their flat earth. Maybe we will establish herd immunity through the vaccine and they won’t have to worry. Maybe they will contract the bug regardless. Some will be OK. Some will not. It’s how pandemics roll.

I’m 76 and have a couple of serious conditions. Like others, I have no intention of getting anywhere close to that vaccine! I am not foolish about exposure, but the virus does not rule my life. If it by some remote chance it takes me out, then the good Lord above just wanted me back home. In the meantime, life is good!
I don’t think that you have any idea where this whole vaccine thing is going to lead. It does not matter if it works or not. It does not matter if it mames people for life. There are much higher purposes planned here. Fauci and Bill Gates are behind it.
They downplayed 20% of testers having severe reactions to it.
They also are making it from aborted cell lines, the wi-38 line they like to refer it as, so they dont have to focus on where it came from.
If it’s “good news” to Fauci ... beware.
