I sometimes use Walmart home delivery - you have to buy enough to get free delivery. They keep fooling around with it, but IIRC it was $35. On the other hand, their front page is now featuring the Queer Eye Collection. They won't let me link their photo, but you get the idea:

As long as you only breath "in" through your nose and "out" through your mouth, correct. Of course, you forego any protective effect for yourself in so doing. Other people, of course, have no way to know you are doing so, and just think you're an ignorant dumbass who doesn't know how to properly use a mask.

This has very little to do with public health and a lot to do with liability. Some virtue signalling, but mostly liability. Walmart probably employs about a million people in it’s stores and is one of the biggest employers in america. More than that, it’s also been open through this entire pandemic and making cash and has deep pockets. It’s going to be one of the biggest targets for ambulance chasers trying to make a quick buck off of perceived negligence or lax rules causing infections.

If there’s another pandemic stimulus bill, liability waivers has to be a part of it. Trump was right to call for liability protection months ago, and this is one example of what happens without it.

My WalMart has been requiring masks for a while now. People don't seem to care. Some keep 'em on, some pull them down and then up again when headed for the checkout lanes.

Looks like much ado about nothing much at this store.

I would imagine the Walmart “Enforcers” will physically stop you from entering. Maybe the employees will descend on you and gang beat you like an Antifa mob at the entrance. I’d love to see how they train their, “Enforcers”.
