WRONG! If you read the follow up stories on this news, the labs and hospitals have stated that they did not report the numbers listed by the STATE! Hospitals and other labs reported 1/10th of those listed.
To make a mistake on a few reports is human, to make hundreds of errors is intentional!

I also lie to pollsters, and I know others who do the same.
I always check the youtube views for Trump events. In 2016 his rallies were getting around 200,000 views. Starting with the Tulsa rally the views of his events are getting anywhere from 2 MILLION to 7 MILLION views just on youtube. Yesterday’s Rose Garden event has over 1 MILLION views and growing. You can add to that the latest Trump boat rallies in South Carolina and Florida where thousands of boats took part. Tucker Carlson is now getting about 5 MILLION viewers a night. Record breaking gun sales with about 40 percent of them are first time gun buyers. Just about every poll shows that the dem pushed defunding or abolishing the police is opposed by over 70 percent.
Yes, I think there is a big under estimation of Trump’s support.
Even likely voter polls are showing Trump getting shellacked.
Even Republican polls (like Gravis and OAM) are showing Biden and Trump tied in Texas.
If the numbers hold until November, a big if, Trump and the GOP are headed for a historic humiliation.
Always lie to pollsters! Let them think Biden will soar to victory on wings of angels.
Or don’t even answer the phone if you don’t recognize the number. That’s what I do & they never leave a message.
I’ve noticed exactly the same thing, myself, on youtube.
I am going to respectfully disagree and maintain that such assertions amount to wishful thinking in the face of dispiriting polls.
The signs are unmistakable, not only in the Presidential race, but in the House and Senate races, that the GOP is headed for a catastrophe in November, if things don't change drastically.
