I read an article about a year ago, which reported that about 10% of the black people in Chicago moved out between 2010 and 2017. And the overall population of Chicago was declining as well. They are still voting there though! And will continue to do so long after they die.

A Census Cowboy is one of the goofiest ideas I have heard all year, but it’s so original that it just may work.
It measures up there with Beto levels of eccentricity.
All I hope is that people are nice to the horse and it’s rider. Mostly the horse, since the animal has no choice but to prance majestically through the ghettos, the barrios and the suburbs.
