Missouri attorney Mark McCloskey, who along with his wife Patricia brandished legally-owned firearms when confronted by Black Lives Matter protesters at their St. Louis home last month, told "Tucker Carlson Tonight" Monday that "the rumor is that we are going to be indicted shortly" over the incident.
Last week, authorities executed a search warrant at the McCloskeys' home in connection with the June 28 incident. Mark McCloskey told host Tucker Carlson that the officers were "almost apologetic" when they served the warrant.
"They didn't want to have to be there. They were doing their job. Patty wanted to take a picture to document it and she asked if they wouldn't mind facing away from the camera so that people wouldn't get mad at them if their faces were shown on TV," he said. "They all did so.

That is our choice: Take a stand. Or be nibbled to death by duck bites. My money is on being nibbled to death by duck bites. At one time, I thought that if we went out, we would go out with a bang. I now believe we we go out begging and pleading.
Leave the state, and go to a state where common sense, and a stand your ground law exists. Then, fight extradition, tooth and nail, and put that prosecutor, and her links to Soros on trial.
********************************************************************************
Don’t be attacking the whole state for the darn Soros prosecutor in the liberal area of St. Louis. Missouri does have stand your ground law-and it applies even in public-as long as there is imminent danger of deadly harm.
This prosecutor also brought down the elected Republican Governor with false claims and charges. She conspired with witnesses who have since admitted making up stuff and one is currently on trial.
The prosecutor is the one that needs to be on trial. spit
“Theyre Bolsheviks. Still cant imagine a jury will convict them.”
If they get 12 BLM, Inc jury members and a foremam who has already tweeted that they are couunter-revolutionaries for protecting their personal property a conviction is easy
Missouri has Stand your Ground.
I smell a dead rat here. I’m as
pro- second as you can get. The guy is a
lawyer for crimeny sakes. After watching
the vid, there’s just the way the
woman held the pistol, didn’t look
well practiced to me. This could be
an attempt to show how “wrong” this
action is. I know, call me cynical.
This incident is far from disappearing
down the rabbit hole.
Theyre Bolsheviks. Still cant imagine a jury will convict them.
*****************************************************************************
There’s little evidence of their being Bolsheviks . They donated to Republican Presidential Candidates. And the LOCAL Democrat that they donated to were described as friends.
In St. Louis, like most large cities, there is long standing DemoKKKrat rulers. Jury composition and the Judge are a crap-shoot.
I would fight this all day long then sue the living sh*t out of the DA and city.
What a joke. They were on their own private property, in possession of legal weapons. They felt physically threatened by a large crowd that had broken through a fence, and was on their property. They didn’t shoot anyone, despite I’m sure, being called names, and harassed.
Your criminal government at work. And folks thought only the likes of Roger Stone or LTG Flynn were going to be attacked by leftists in government?
The punish is the process and leftists know this. Even if at the end, you are exanerated, the leftists know they have used lawfare to scare you into submitting and have stolen your wealth by forcing you to defend yourself in long, drawn out legal proceedings.
Lawfare is the warfare of choice of leftists. And what do all those wonderful cops do, you know, the ones everyone wants me to support? Well, they willingly arrest people on trumped up political charges just to keep their jobs.
JoMa
Not incorrect.
Correct. The video of the couple defending their property went viral worldwide - so therefore the Left is using this an opportunity to send a message far and wide. The message is: "If you use your firearms against our thugs, we will destroy you."
Kim Gardner is a bought and paid for (and installed) Soros puppet. She has her orders, and she is enthusiastic about carrying them out (white people used guns to stop black and Communist mob).
It's very easy to post "Buy More Ammo!" in response to all of the horrific headlines. That statement assumes that 2nd Amendment Rights exist. Since the Roberts Supreme Court refuses to even hear the majority of 2nd Amendment cases that come to the court, and pisses on the Constitution on the cases that do, the right to keep and bear arms exists only on paper in many states and cities.
I realize this is a depressing thought, but it is also reality.
Missouri does have a stand your ground law.

Moreover, the standard line on FR from many people is "Move!" or "Leave!" when we are confronted by news that Constitutional and basic rights are violated.
As if the people posting that live in another country.
This is supposed to be the United States of America. There are fewer and fewer place to retreat to, and furthermore, the people posting that response do not live in the Shangri-La of Constitutional rights affirmation that they espouse. Virginia, Georgia, Michigan, and on and on have some of the same violations of the Constitution as do New York, California, Illinois, and New Jersey.
“And what do all those wonderful cops do, you know, the ones everyone wants me to support? “
They would have shot the couple if they were told to.
Yes we are and deal we must
Refusing to kneel for 8 1/2 minutes while apologizing for their white privilege.
The virus is spreading, and masks won’t help.
If that happens, this case will be headed to the Supreme Court.
On the positive side... perhaps they have now switched sides?
