Two of the biggest names in auto racing NASCAR hall of famers Ray Evernham and Tony Stewart will launch an auto racing circuit that has the potential to be the biggest disrupter to the auto racing business in decades.
With top agent Sandy Montag and former NASCAR COO George Pyne rounding out the four-person board, Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) will feature six short-track races starting next summer.
SRX already has a TV deal in place with CBS, which has committed to carry the Saturday night races in prime time next year. The CBS deal runs for multiple years.

will this be actual racing or restricted racing?...
I bet you won’t find anything relating to diversity, inclusion, faggotry, BLM, flags or kneeling in their mission statement.
This is the f8rst I heard. Noose to me ;)
As much as I loved the technological marvels of racing’s past, it appears that spec racing is the future. NASCAR and IndyCar have both been heading that direction, and at the grassroots level, the two most popular classes in SCCA for the last several years have been Spec Miata and Spec Racer Ford.
That said, I like the idea of making the car less important in the outcome of the race.
Do they:
Allow confederate flags?
Allow garage pulls?
If it’s on CBS I’ll pass.
Any ties to nascar, not caring, no thanks
SSDD.
Gimme sprintcar...on DIRT!
I see what you did there.
I bet you wont find anything relating to diversity, inclusion, faggotry, BLM, flags or kneeling in their mission statement.
If it’s on SeeBS I bet you’ll find all of that in their product.
So this is basically a revamp of IROC.
Hope they allow stars and bars. Screw NASCAR.
IROC 2.0 but if Tony Stewart is involved I’ll check it out.
I might just watch this. I quit NASCAR and NFL.
It used to be, a win on Sunday sells cars on Monday. Torque wins races, horsepower sells cars. The good old days...
I remember the really goode olde daze when you could watch sprint cars on the mile DIRT oval at Milwaukee Wisconsin State Fair Park. Spent many the hour in the stands!
Yes! I recently quit NASCAR. This excites me.
