In the last four years, no one in our country has been more abused by our judicial system than General Michael Flynn. This American hero is a 33-year Army veteran who retired as a Lieutenant General. Incredibly, he has been treated even worse than President Trump.

I guess mueller will share his opinion on this like he did with stones commutation yesterday.
Unfortunately,
There is No belief in any damned thing Federal gub mint.
Durham must be part of the coverup if he puts off his findings.
Agree, 100%.
I originally argued for a full pardon now rather than letting a possibly corrupt judicial process run its course. There are plausible arguments for both approaches, so it’s probably best to let Flynn himself weigh the merits of each option and bear the risk of a bad choice. He has a great lawyer advising him.
I consider General Flynn as a political prisoner. America has devolved into a banana republic. Flynn is just one of many enemies of the left in this country who has been targeted for persecution.
Kinda looks like Mueller’s senility act was just that...an act...an act to excuse him from prosecution.
Justice is dead in America.
Maybe Sullivan & Obama should be tried together & then promptly prosecuted.
Maybe Sullivan & Obama should be tried together & then promptly prosecuted.
The world is not a vacuum, and we are projecting incredible weakness.
Oh, wait, “prosecuted”. I thought you said something else. Nevermind.
AOL “news” which you have to see if you use their email service, headlines this morning “Some in White House are outraged by Stone pardon”. Just who are “Some”? How many are “some”? If they are so “outraged”, why don’t they resign over principle? Are the same staffers (whom I doubt exist) “outraged” over the prosecution of an innocent man, Gen. Flynn and the destruction of his life over a case that would have made the KGB blush? Do you ever see a headline “Some in Biden campaign “outraged” over the pushing of a candidate who is obviously senile”? Or some in Mueller camp “outraged” over the spending of tens of millions, the hiring of biased leftist prosecutors, the maintenance of an illicit prosecution through the 2018 congressional elections to bring in a Dem House? Were “some” outraged over the FBI becoming the domestic police of the Democratic Party, doing their bidding, and acting on known lies, deceiving the courts? Just who are these “some”?
It sure looks that way.
Another call for President Trump to pardon Flynn. That would be a mistake at this point.
And after each article there will be ten thousand replies from liberals agreeing with everything in the article.
There is one valid argument for Trump to pardon Flynn: Sullivan is bringing this before the entire Appellate Court. Its packed with leftists. They could very easily rule against the Executive in this case, upturning the Constitution and the separation of powers. With Roberts on SCOTUS, anythings possible after that.
Yep, political prisoner.
and it was a commutation, not a pardon.
BTW, if there were any such heel biters in the white house and if Trump loses, they will be the ones who move on to the new administration so at least we will know whom they were. Just the usual flotsom of S..t that moves from one admin to another with no loyalty except to their pockets or the commies.
Durham is a total fraud if he waits till after the election. How could it be considered political since it would mostly be about corrupt fbi officials ? Even if he could implicate Obama and Clinton they are not currently holding any political office nor are they running for one. No one would honestly think Biden is the mastermind of anything even if you could prove he was aware of it.

One reason I’ve heard this doesn’t matter is the chief judge of the circuit wrote the Fokker opinion that Flynn’s attorneys cited for the mandamus relief. Also from the Forbes article:
“One week ago, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a 9-0 decision, authored by Justice Ginsburg, that took judges to task for similar amicus antics. Her opinion for the Court in U.S. v. Sineneng-Smith upbraided the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for violating a basic aspect of legal proceedings called the party presentation principle. In a nutshell, this concept dictates that judges must decide the case as presented by the parties before them. They are not to go out questing for dragons to slay (or issues to tackle) that the parties have not brought before them.”
