Back in 2016 the Dallas Cowboys wanted to wear a helmet decal to honor five Dallas police officers who were killed in the line of duty.

Interestingly enough, France still controls French Guiana. There once was a penal colony on French Guiana - the infamous Devil’s Island was part of it. Perhaps we can buy French Guiana from France, and reopen the penal colony.
