CALW, Germany As Germany emerged from its coronavirus lockdown in May, police commandos pulled up outside a rural property owned by a sergeant major in the special forces, the countrys most highly trained and secretive military unit.
They brought a digger.
The sergeant majors nickname was Little Sheep. He was suspected of being a neo-Nazi. Buried in the garden, the police found two kilograms of PETN plastic explosives, a detonator, a fuse, an AK-47, a silencer, two knives, a crossbow and thousands of rounds of ammunition, much of it believed to have been stolen from the German military.
They also found an SS songbook, 14 editions of a magazine for former members of the Waffen SS and a host of other Nazi memorabilia.

The Germans and of course an American far left publication loves stories like this, but it's all nonsense.
They have been on a witch hunt after these guys (the KSK) for years, why? They are a bit to nationalistic, patriotic, masculine, dominant, and worst of all predominantly conservative. This has literally been going on for years: example BG GÜNZEL.
I'm sure this German chick is happy her article got picked up by such a "prestigious" publication as the NYT's, she may even have made a few Euros off this. Who knows, maybe the writer of this fake news actually believes this because she has such strong "feelings" on the topic.
In either case, the Germans are screwed because you have a far left society, far left government, far left media, and they all agree on everything... Why you ended up with 1.2 million Muslims running around in Germany reaping havoc and that also not being reported on much by either the NYT's or this reporter.
On topic- Pretty uniforms, the fact that they were highly effective and feared, the aura of mysticism and taboo have all made groups like the SS something which soldiers from Lebanon, the US, to Japan admire. Not openly of course because that is taboo, but in the shadows. In 99.99% of the cases the folks don't actually want that, they are just intrigued. But in Germany where you can be a leftist RAF terrorist, kill a bunch of people and be released within 15 years by a leftist court and leftist government, what makes a story is some kid that has a picture of someone in a SS uniform.
Why would he have all these weapons... for the same reason many people like that do, he likes guns. But in Germany liking guns = radical dangerous person. As to the explosives buried in the yard... Well, I can understand that too, but he'd have a lot of explaining to do and deserves to get in trouble for that, but even that doesn't mean he had any malicious intent. I remember being at the range and blowing up things, and it was a lot of fun. Many stories!!! Enjoying pyrotechnics, explosives, and weapons does not mean you had ANY malicious intent, but it does for sure mean he stole explosives and even if it was for his own amusement or because he's a survivalist, that's theft. Shit happens... I once had star clusters in a bag I took home (accidentally), folks get off planes en route and you might have live grenades and ammo on you (happened to me in 2003), but that doesn't mean you had any bad intentions, I just wanted to go to the PX/BX to go buy a few things while I was on my way down range. You have to realize, these guys work with these things every day, and for them guns, ammo, or yes even explosives are like paper and pencils... They are just normal things you work with every day and no big deal. But that doesn't explain why he buried it.
Did he do wrong, for sure. But because you have an extremely left society, government and media, they will of course blow this up (pun intended) into something far bigger than it actually is.
The real “Enemy Within” is the communist East Germans that have taken over all of Germany.
Anybody to the right of Karl Marx is considered a NAZI. /spit.
Lesson:
Term “neo-Nazi” used.
It was used by the New York Times, a proven lying group of ill-educated journalism majors demonstrating little, talent in that formerly respected profession.
So, who gives a shi....er...gives a Pelosi?
Well, that should qualify him for the same political office in Germany as Joshka Fischer used to hold.
First and foremost being Angela Merkel.
Now that is funny!
I knew lots of former SS when I was stationed in Berlin almost 40 years ago - they were all insane. Literally. Just as insane as the ANTIFA anarchists and the Bader Meinhoff terrorists.
Considering the source is the NYT, I’ll take this with a hefty dose of skepticism.
while we are concerned about Nazis anywhere, the Nazi-types (and “Jewish” self-hating anti-Semites) who’ve been running the NYSlimes since at least the 1930’s need to be replaced ASAP! The pen is mightier than the sword, and these anti-American basturds with their fake news every day are very dangerous to our country. If they can concoct a story that’s anti-American, anti-Liberties, anti-Christian, anti-Jewish, anti-Israel, anti-Bill of Rights, the NYSlimes will run it for sure!
The only thing good about the NYSlimes is their crossword puzzles, and these we can get elsewhere.
NYT’s definition of a “Neo-Nazi” is just as vague, loaded and political as those of the SPLC and the ADL.
“They also found an SS songbook...”
The real thing is all over youtube. Guess they are “neo-nazis”. As is our library which has “Mein Kampf”.
In Germany they are blind out of the left and multicultural eye.
But out of the right they see, remember, exaggerate, censor, and punish hard on everything...
Remember the computer game Doom? Heck, they banned that game because of the Swastika symbol in it!
Stories like this are made into a huge deal, and their media I am sure is on fire because of this because like here they are left (actually even worse than here!). I am sure their politicians are talking about it since that’s a lot easier to talk about than the 1.2 million Muslims they brought in, and security problems they face now.
If the level of neo nazi is appreciable then WHAT is driving it?
Now I’ll go read the article.
Exactly. In Germany, anyone who thinks that having the country overrun by Middle Eastern peoples isn’t such a good idea is “far right” or a “neo-Nazi.” The media use the small handful of people who actually use Nazi symbols and espouse Nazi ideology as though they were representative of ordinary German patriots who just want to preserve what’s left of their nation.
Firstly, I don’t read the racist New York Times.
Secondly, as for the contents of the article......reine Scheisse.
The SS in the beginning was an exceptionally good fighting force. It wasn’t until about 1944 (I don’t remember exactly when) when they opened them up (made it a lot easier to join) and the SS grew in numbers but also qualitatively was reduced.
Typically, the SS field and company grade officers and NCOs where experienced. They were volunteers (had a willingness to fight), and had high physical requirements (very fit). The SS had first pick in many cases of who they get (bleeding the Wehrmacht of talent).
Where you are 100% spot on is that many of the general grade officers were political and actually inferior to their Wehrmacht counterparts who were professional career/lifelong soldiers who new their trade-craft well. Some of the SS generals, although smart and politically cunning, rose through the ranks at stellar speeds and were neither trained nor experienced like their counterparts in the Wehrmacht. In fact, in some cases like Heydrich they were rejects because they failed to live up to the character standards of the German Navy, but then a member of the Nazi party rose to be a general and technically had more weight than Doenitz the admiral that personal rejected his application to the German navy many years prior: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinhard_Heydrich
BTW, since all of them were tattoo’ed and especially in the East where if caught they would likely be killed as you suggest should be the case, they pretty much fought until the end (death).
Specific to the atrocities and if we want to generalize, the Einsatzgruppen of the SS do fit the description of what you call thugs and war criminals: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Einsatzgruppen Ironically, these were often folks that were “runts” and couldn’t make it in a real SS combat unit. They were a para-military group and did a lot of the nasty stuff.
The SS was for most of the war a large organization of about 150,000 men. It was an elite fighting force and there are many examples where they seized terrain from a force larger than themselves, where they held terrain against overwhelming odds... For example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_Battle_of_Kharkov (outnumbered 3:1 they launch a counter offensive and actually won) or: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demyansk_Pocket
Because they were a more elite unit and their leaders followed the orders of Hitler (Many in the Wehrmacht didn’t really like Hitler and his boys nor always agreed and followed orders entirely), the SS units were often put in some of the key battles or tough spots.
LOL
Funny? given NYT’s history...?
