Few heads will roll. The dirt she has is currency. That currency has been laundered by now through the system. The rest is ceremony.

I can almost guarantee the past year was not Maxwell on the run ... instead it was Maxwell negotiating, and prosecutors and governments trading no-prosecution against those they now have dirt on for various political & personal financial & other gain.
Mankind is on the whole, though of course not in all cases, a very dirty species.

The deal is that she she invents dirt on Trump, and she gets to walk. She knows she’s safe or she wouldn’t have been hiding in plain sight in the U.S.
If true, it might help explain Epstein's most unfortunate demise while being held in a cell with a buff, corrupt guilty cop while the guards were asleep and the cameras were malfuctioning.
She might have been cooperating at the time, productively, and he was just... his own guilty self, put it that way.
Not sayin' I necessarily agree with it, but if it turns out that she gets convicted and then quietly sent to one of those prisons that the elite get sent to, and then just kinda disappears...
Then maybe you got a point there. For that matter, if she lives more than about another month or so maybe you got a point there.
The real story will obviously be about whomever she has the goods on... and she just disappears into some place where she can get lost... some big city somewhere.
I couldn’t agree more....plus there was an agreement with Epstein regarding Maxwell’s protection for his co-operation, at least while he was alive.

True...they don’t want to do a deal with G-Max, nor do they want the information she has for anything but burying it and protecting the powers that be. We will never get the truth.
Omertà! I doubt if this was simply a one man (or two person) operation. I think Maxwell will take the fall and refuse to cooperate with anyone. Maybe their handlers knew that Epstein wouldn’t be willing, and that’s why he was snuffed. I will be very surprised if anybody of consequence is exposed.

You are, of course, correct. Occam’s Razor ie the practical inputs and outputs of almost any systems is the best way of analyzing because it eliminates all the extraneous nonsense and relies heavily on social utility theory ie if someone didn’t have a use for it or benefit from it then it wouldn’t occur.
Note: use of ‘everyone’ or ‘anyone’ in this context refers to the Epstein-related cabal, federal prosecutors, judges and law enforcement and even non-Epstein related power brokers.
There is no incentive to dig into what Maxwell knows therefore there will be little revealed or prosecuted.
A trial would be a disaster on all fronts, since the feds would have to answer for their lack of action and incompetence especially when federal officials, politicians, etc. were on the list of johns ie criminals. Every person mentioned in testimony would have a dozen lawyers challenging being mentioned to say nothing of testifying themselves. Battles over evidence etc. would stretch into decades.
Maxwell herself has an obvious incentive to plead down and serve time quietly. She will be sent to a minimum-security prison where the promise of a payoff at the end awaits her for her relative silence.
I don’t disagree that there has been a game of musical chairs going on but I still think they charged her lightning-quick once she arrived in the States. All the table-pounding gives the game away - she should have been treated like a queen to encourage her to voluntarily divulge what she knows - and what she knows might take some time to divulge. Mob snitches, DEA informants et al are kept very comfortable so they keep the leads comings. In a worst-case scenario, they are blackmailed by the government.
But Maxwell probably isn’t being blackmailed and she certainly isn’t being made comfortable. In either case the question is: why not?
Like the GOP’s Benghazi hearings, this is a pantomime meant to impress the gullible because the truth and the facts would be so damaging to careers, finances and the internecine power structure domestically and abroad. When you’re pulling in presidents, judges and princes of the realm you are playing in the high-stakes room. The casino boss (Epstein) has already been murdered and the pit boss (Maxwell) is in the crosshairs.
